Fishing Notes |
---|
Lake is about half foot to one foot low. Summer patterns are on. Worms of all sizes are working. Plum is always a safe color on Truman. Largemouth are doing 3 things. First, fish are starting to suspend in tree tops along creek channels and bluffs. Second, fish are also set up in brush piles 14-20 feet deep. Three, and the really strange thing, is I caught fish on every lay down I came across with more than 2 feet of water on it. These lay downs were super shallow near deep water. Moral of the story, don’t set rules in your head.
