Report by Ethan Decker out of Sterett Creek Lake Level 717.30 Water Temp 64 degrees Lake is Muddy Crappie: Fair – Good The fish were in 5-15 feet of water and most of the fish were 2-8 feet down. Black and Chartreuse jigs worked best. Everything we found were in the coves. Main lake – Good brush piles fishing when the sun is out. 14 to 20 feet down. Bass: Good The cleaner the water the better the bite. We caught most of our fish on plastics in the brush on the bank. Catfish – Good The bite was good with lots of nice cats from 3-6 lbs. Most fish were in 2-4′ of water. |
