Video to come with details on the day from all teams. Many teams reported a finicky bite on the big ones in the upper Grand arm. Most teams resorted to minnows because the jigs weren’t quite getting it done. A lot of guys reported that the early afternoon on day 2 from 12-1pm was when the big ones really turned out. Larry and Dalton Gorham boated their giant 2.80 pound crappie after 12pm on the second day. Dalton said he thought it was a catfish at first but decided to drop on it anyway and seconds later he had his biggest crappie ever in the boat. Apparently there was one even bigger sitting below it that spooked when he caught the first one.
